1. The tour guide was professional and detailed, with a broad knowledge base, and the pace was comfortable. I learned a lot throughout the trip and highly recommend it! 2. The tour guide was very patient, the explanations were lively and interesting, the key points were explained clearly, the itinerary was well-planned, and the experience was excellent. 3. Would highly recommend this for solo travelers! The bus rides and ropeways are all taken care of, making everything way less stressful. The guide was Zem and he was super helpful in making sure everyone had all the right information and knew the route. And the views were spectacular! I knew they’d be beautiful but I was really blown away. If you’re in Xi’an this really is a must.

A very enjoyable Huashan experience and special thanks to our guide, who was extremely patient, caring and attentive throughout the trip. She explained the journey, transfers and arrangements very clearly and always made sure everyone knew where to go and what to expect. Her patience and genuine care for the group made a tiring day much easier and more enjoyable. One point for future travellers to note is that there is a lot of waiting, queuing and changing of transport. Including the bus journey from Xi’an, it took us at least 4 hours before reaching the mountain base. This is not a criticism of our guide, who handled everything very well, but useful information for travellers when planning their day. Overall, a memorable experience and a wonderful guide. Thank you for taking such good care of us! ❤️

A well-organized tour. We were picked up from our hotel, which was very convenient. We had a tour of the Terracotta Army, a delicious lunch, and were taken to Huaqing Palace. The day ended with a magnificent performance of "Song of Sorrow." The entire group of 10 people took charge of us, as we were the only ones who didn't speak English, and the tour was in English. The tourists were from Singapore, Seoul, and London, and everyone was very friendly. We recommend the tour, especially if you speak English. We used a translator.
