There was no mention in the description that the transfer to the cruise embarkation point would be done by us. We were told that the distance was ten minutes and we ended up walking for half an hour. When we arrived we found that what we bought from you for 20€ per person (without transfer) had a selling price of 14.5€ at the kiosk.★

I am rating this experience highly due to the company that ran it, NOT TUI. Tui Cruise Experience Manager had no idea about the trip. He did not know where it went, he did not know where we needed to go to start the trip, he was not interested. It was left to us with the help of Google Maps to find the location. This is very poor considering we booked and paid for the trip with TUI.★

Our experience was overall good, the scooters were fun made easier with the quiet nighttime traffic. The staff working at the company were friendly and professional. Sourav our guide was knowledgeable and provide opportunities for questions on the history of the city. The distance of the tour was shorter than expected given 1.5 hours were given. We enjoyed the evening and it was a good way to see the views at night and gain an insight into the history of Budapest. Thank you★
