I had a great experience on this Wineglass Bay tour. Our driver, Jacky, was very friendly, professional, and took good care of everyone throughout the trip. He made the long journey comfortable and enjoyable.
Although the drive is quite long, it is absolutely worth it. Wineglass Bay is incredibly beautiful, and the scenery along the way is amazing. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tasmania.
One thing to note is that I would not recommend this tour for elderly people or anyone with limited mobility, as there is a hike of about 30–45 minutes uphill (one way) to reach the famous Wineglass Bay lookout. The hike can be challenging, but the view at the top is spectacular and well worth the effort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!★

The hotel provides timely pick-up and drop-off, the staff are attentive and responsible, the scenery along the way is beautiful, with the sea and sky blending into one, and the hiking to the summit takes 1 hour, making it suitable for all ages.★

The scenery at Wineglass Bay and Freycinet National Park was absolutely beautiful, and it was a fantastic tour! Our guide, Alex, was cheerful and funny, and I appreciated how he took care of me even though I was traveling alone. Thanks to him, I had a wonderful day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tasmania!★

The natural scenery was breathtaking. it’s incredible to see what nature has created along this coastline.
The staff were very friendly and explained the sights in detail. They even provided seasickness tablets beforehand. I also appreciated that they reassured everyone not to worry about which side of the boat they were sitting on, as the boat would slowly turn 360° at the main sights so everyone could enjoy the view and take photos.
The only disappointing part was the Trip.com email, which stated: “Please arrive at the meeting point 45 minutes before your selected session time.”
Our cruise was at 9:15am, so because we had a long drive, we arrived around 8:00am. However, the shop wasn’t even open and the briefing only started around 9:20am.
The cruise itself was fantastic and highly recommended, but Trip.com really needs to correct this misleading arrival instruction. There’s no reason for guests to rush and arrive so early when the meeting point isn’t even open.★

Oh my god, Nicole, the customer service representative, was incredibly kind! 🥹 I booked too late and there were no tickets left for the day trip, but I don't drive, so getting to the cruise pier was a huge challenge. She was so incredibly helpful. First, she checked if there was any public transportation, but the buses were sold out, and the bus schedule was too late for the cruise. She then contacted other people and managed to free up two seats for me (please don't follow my example!). I'm so incredibly grateful; she took on so much work that wasn't even her responsibility 😭 Please give her a raise or a bonus!
Also, the day trip was really great! I thought the group meal would be some mediocre stuff, but it was actually eaten in a garden restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fish and chips were better than in Hobart town. The Tasman cruise was also amazing; we saw dolphins, seals, and a huge variety of seabirds. The reefs and moss were stunning—it felt like something out of the movie *How to Train Your Dragon*!★
