Amazing experience! Make up and hair were absolute beautiful and meticulously applied. I highly recommend this to anyone who would love to dress up and take some memorable photos in Shanghai.

I wanted to experience being a Wang Hong with my friends, so I did it. The makeup artist was incredibly professional, and the photographer was also great at correcting my posture and demonstrating it to me so I wouldn't feel awkward. The sunset view of the Waitan was beautiful, and the final result was very satisfying. I think the cheongsam was even more special to us than the hanfu.
Reviews: Hanfu Experience at The Bund in Shanghai (Hanfu Rental + Optional Hanfu Experience with Makeup + Optional 1-Hour Outdoor Photoshoot + Diverse Exquisite Costumes + Premium Service)

There aren't many reviews, so I'm leaving one. They have a lot of pretty cheongsam clothes, and the makeup artist is really quick and precise. They quickly find styles and accessories that suit me, and they even made my hair look thicker and gave me earrings even though my ears aren't pierced. It seems like this place isn't well known in Korea, but I highly recommend it!
Reviews: Shanghai Palace Banquet: Immersive experience of a royal feast thousands of years ago (fine Food and Beverages+ dance performance + Qin Dynasty historical and cultural experience + optional Clothes & Accessories and makeup)

A very good show; we had a great time. The description says the staff speaks English, which is false. So ordering extras and drinks was difficult. Be aware that some seats are behind a pillar.

A very beautiful show with a captivating performance. Pleasantly entertaining and full of surprises. The building itself is also enchanting.

Meet and greet: No English spoken. No storage provided. Clothing - There is a choice. 170 cm short. 10 cm above the ankle. 4 stars. Fit - 5 stars. But there may be less flattering spots. Hair - painful. Hair done in less than 10 minutes. 4 stars. Makeup - overall, it looked good. It took about 10 minutes to do. BUT! The girl did someone else's makeup before me. And she didn't have the clearest skin, etc., and they started applying makeup to me with dirty brushes! I asked them to clean it or get new ones! The girl found one brush and quickly took the others so I didn't have time to notice. They applied my lips with a cotton swab, BUT they blended with a dirty brush! Hello, cold sores! I got up and immediately went to wash my lips with soap (hopefully it will pass)! I had a tinted lip balm with me, it saved me. I'll give it 2 stars for the lack of hygiene! They paint the dishes in the order they arrive. Food: I didn't like everything. But it was interesting to get to know the staff. I couldn't eat some of the sea creatures. 5 stars. The presentation was in Chinese. The dishes were dubbed in English.
