This is a must do tour if you are traveling through this area of Arizona, even if there are other slot canyons that you don't have to pay to see. This is private property owned by a native family. They are sharing their own private slot canyons, and they have multiple canyons. Deer Canyon is an incredible slot canyon. The history of the land is fantastic. Great costumer service. Small group, nearly private tour. You get an amazing slot canyon access without crowds. You can easily enjoy the slot without a crowd and even get pictures that don't have other people also in your pic. 10/10 would recommend!★

Great experience, the canyon is beautiful with the colors and shapes and I’m sure if you timed it right with light streaming in would be even More spectacular. Be aware if you do the mile or more walk down to the canyon there is no shade and you have to walk back uphill on the way back to the car park and it is not easy especially since it’s a higher elevation and if you are from sea level area the breathing can be difficult as well As the uphill climb. If any of this doesn’t sound like somebody you can do just pay extra and get the package that includes a van taking you to the canyon and back.★

We had an incredible experience on our day tour to the Grand Canyon! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Our tour guide Marvin was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting facts and stories about the Canyon, the surrounding landscape, and its history. He kept us entertained throughout the trip, answered every question with a smile, and made sure everyone felt included and informed.
A huge shoutout as well to our bus captain Jim, who made the long drive feel smooth and relaxing. His driving was excellent—safe, steady, and perfectly timed. We felt completely at ease the whole way, and he even helped us spot some scenic views along the route.
Highly recommend this tour to everyone! Once again thank you Marvin and Jim for the amazing day!
