Xiao Jiang's service was excellent. The car was very comfortable, and he drove very smoothly. He even helped us buy tickets when we arrived at the attractions, which was very thoughtful. His travel information was extremely helpful, and he answered all our questions. Our family had a wonderful time at the Longji Rice Terraces, and the elders all praised it highly. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch. If I have the chance to come back, I'll definitely look for him again!

The service was excellent, the experience was fantastic, and overall it was superb. Master Liao arranged the day's itinerary perfectly, scheduling our hiking trip for the morning to avoid the midday heat. He even treated us to some delicious bamboo-tube chicken. A truly exceptional service experience.

Today, our tour leader, Zest Jovial Yore, took us to Yangshuo. He initially suggested we visit Ruyi Peak in the morning, but then, due to the midday sun, recommended Silver Cave – very thoughtful! He also added two extra activities, so we had a fantastic time from morning till night!

Really great experience, from the moment I booked, the agency communicated with me via WeChat to answer all of my questions. Pickup was timely and easy, our driver found us the best possible way to experience the bamboo rafting - even found me another solo person so that I didn’t have to pay extra. I went on May 6th. Since it wasn't a holiday, it wasn't too crowded. They picked me up from my hotel near the high-speed rail station at 7:30 AM sharp, but I had to cross the street to get to the pick-up point. We arrived at the Mopanshan Wharf parking lot around 8:50 AM, and after a few minutes, we got our tickets from the tour guide and were dismissed. You only know the specific ship, cabin class, and departure time when you get your ticket on the day of the trip. On this day, my ticket showed a departure time of 9:45 AM. On the bus, it seemed like the tour guide kept introducing various attractions and travel agencies. Fortunately, the noise wasn't too loud, and wearing AirPods Pro 1 helped block it out quite well, so I wasn't disturbed much while sleeping. Hot water is provided on the ship, but I recommend bringing your own instant noodles for lunch.
