If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Farm Rules: 1. Please respect food and the environment, sort your garbage, and aim for "leave-no-trace camping and park visits." Full payment of fees plus a deposit is required before check-in. Each tent requires a deposit of 100-300 CNY, which will be refunded after the site is cleaned. 2. The camping schedule follows standard hotel check-out times. 3. If you bring your own ingredients to cook at the campsite, a fee of 30 CNY per person per day applies. Alternatively, you can pre-order eco-friendly meals from the restaurant. For details, contact customer support. 4. While visiting the park, please supervise seniors and children to prevent falls, trips, or bumps. 5. Do not pick flowers, plants, or fruits without permission. Any damage caused by unauthorized picking will be the responsibility of the picker. 6. To avoid disrupting our farming plans and your experience, reservations are mandatory. Those who do not agree to the farm rules should reconsider booking! Please book at least one day in advance and specify the number of guests and required services. Outdoor camping is not a tent hotel—there are no hotel-style services. Campers must be self-sufficient. There are no attendants on-site; each guest is a guide. If you need assistance, visit the front desk service center. Fireworks, open flames, or bonfires on the ground, grass, or rocks are strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined 200-1,000 CNY (the campsite is located in a fire-prone forest area). Serious consequences, such as wildfires, will be the sole responsibility of the violator and may result in criminal charges. Please take this seriously. Free parking is available. If you have many items, you may drive to the campsite to unload, but please park in the designated area afterward. The campsite provides parking space with surveillance but does not offer vehicle supervision. Secure your valuables and park properly—we are not responsible for scratches or damages. Mosquito repellent is provided. Temperatures by the lake can drop in the morning and evening, so bring a jacket. If bringing pets, keep them leashed. Pets are not allowed inside tents. For overnight stays, bring a pet crate. Overnight tents include bedding, but toiletries must be brought personally. If you prefer not to use shared sleeping bags, bring your own linens and pillows. Don't miss the stunning sunset, typically between 17:30-19:30 (seasonal variations apply). Clean up your campsite garbage. Do not litter on lawns or public areas, and avoid dumping food waste in toilets. Help maintain the campsite environment. The campsite provides vegetable-washing and washing areas. Clean up after use, turn off taps, and conserve shared resources. Return borrowed items to the service center after use.
