The young man's service was exceptionally attentive! He was very punctual in the morning. He knew the route perfectly, so we didn't need navigation at all. He even pointed out the road signs for the Burma Road. We were able to get off and take pictures. We even drove a short section of the Burma Road.★

It was snowing where we visited and couldn’t see Mount Fuji but the whole experience was still great. The guide Vivienne and the driver took really good care of all of us. Guide is good with both English and Chinese. She kept us informed of the itinerary and things to look out for when we are out and about at each destination. The pre-ordered lunch was good too, a bit pricy which is expected for such. The matcha experience was short but good one. Easy pick-up at Tokyo station, and we departed from the group after the last destination to our hotel to stay for a night. It was worth it where we saw Mount Fuji the next day.★
