1: Pick-up and drop-off services are only available within the Dubai city hotel area; services are not provided beyond this zone (please confirm your hotel with customer support).

2: This itinerary requires each guest to bring a passport photo.

3: This product does not accept bookings for children under 5 years old. For children aged 5–12 years (inclusive), please select the "Child" option. Those over 12 years old will be charged the adult price.

4. Pregnant women in their third trimester, individuals with severe illnesses, severe knee and bone diseases, acrophobia, mental and emotional disorders, physical disabilities, those who have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months, those with arm or leg injuries within the past 6 months, and those with chronic back or neck pain are not eligible for booking.

6. Duration: The entire trip takes approximately 4-5 hrs, with about 1 hr of hot air balloon ride.

Departure time: 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM (Due to seasonal variations, the departure time may change slightly. Customer support will notify you one day in advance.)

8: The hot air balloon ride lasts approximately 60 minutes in the air, with a minimum flight time of 30 minutes. As the hot air balloon itinerary is highly weather-dependent, a full refund will be issued if the activity is canceled due to weather conditions.

9: Since the purpose of this itinerary is to enjoy the desert sunrise via a hot air balloon ride, the start time may vary slightly depending on the daily sunrise time, generally around 5:00-6:00 in the morning, with efforts made to take off before sunrise.

10: The flight direction and distance of the balloon depend on the wind direction, so the scenery seen during each voyage may vary slightly. Additionally, visibility during each flight is entirely dependent on the day's weather conditions. A 100% chance of seeing the sunrise cannot be guaranteed.

The entire journey takes approximately 4-5 hrs, with very limited restroom opportunities.

12: Please wear comfortable and convenient clothing with sports shoes, as entering the hot air balloon ride may require larger movements. Guests are advised not to wear skirts, shorts, or high heels. Hats are allowed, and during the winter months, it's recommended to bring a jacket or sweater to prevent catching a cold. Do not bring valuables, as bags will be left in the car.

13. If you choose to participate in only part of the itinerary, the uncompleted portion will be deemed voluntarily forfeited with no refund provided. We appreciate your understanding.

14: The deluxe version includes hotel transfers via air-conditioned minibuses, switching to vintage Land Rovers used during World War II upon entering the reserve.
