1. This product provides hotel services within Rovaniemi city and a 10 km radius. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early according to the details on your confirmation voucher. Late arrivals are not accommodated. This product is non-refundable and non-changeable, and you cannot switch to other departure time slots or join midway. If you miss the trip due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. We appreciate your understanding.

2. This product is highly susceptible to weather and natural conditions, and may be canceled shortly before departure. If this occurs, the service provider will contact you to discuss rescheduling or a refund, but will not be liable for compensation.

3. This tour requires a minimum of 2 travelers to operate (4 travelers required on weekends and holidays). Solo travelers can book, but if the minimum number is not met before departure, we will contact you to cancel the booking. You may choose either a full refund or to rebook an already confirmed tour. The standard service language for this tour is English. Local service providers will make every effort to arrange complimentary Chinese-speaking guide services for Chinese travelers. However, due to limited availability of Chinese-speaking guides, English-speaking guide services may be provided during peak season dates.
