Our guide on this trip was a college student working part-time, but he completely exceeded our expectations in terms of politeness, attitude, and meticulousness. From the moment we met, he was exceptionally courteous, speaking gently and respectfully, maintaining patience and professionalism throughout, making us feel very comfortable.
Throughout the service, he was very attentive to the itinerary, scheduling, and the needs of the tourists. He proactively coordinated solutions to problems and patiently explained things without being perfunctory or shirking responsibility. His seriousness and sense of responsibility were palpable. It was precisely this sincere yet restrained service attitude that made the entire experience more relaxed and enjoyable.
His performance made me feel that this wasn't just a part-time job, but a serious attitude towards work. Therefore, I proactively gave him a tip after the trip as a way of acknowledging and thanking him for his service.
