Our guide Lorenza was excellent. We had a small group of 6 and she was good at making conversation and including everyone in the group. Her knowledge was very good and the pace of the tour was perfect for a group of mixed ages. The tour is a perfect length to get a feel for the sassi area and we were not given information overload. Truly enjoyed our tour with Giuseppe! My friend had injured her leg earlier and he took great care with her, assisting when needed. He showed us around Matera and shared so much information. I loved the cave house and thr very small cave church! Also the view of Matera at night was breathtaking!★
