Absolutely fabulous experience! Taking the balloon over Pamukkale was brilliant. The pilot took us right down over the Roman ruins and over the famous ‘cloud cliffs’. Great views, beautiful sunrise- perfect start to your day. The early start was really early, waking up about 4:30am - but it was worth it!

Facing the first ray of sunshine in the morning, I finally sat in the hot air balloon. It was a very good experience. The service center was also equipped with a Chinese interpreter. The temperature difference in the morning was large. The customer service would remind us to bring a coat. It was a very good trip.

It was better than I expected! It was my first time to ride a hot air balloon, and the view was truly spectacular. I was glad I participated because I was able to see wild animals like wallabies and horses, and I would definitely participate again if I ever come to Cairns. It was also great that I was able to enjoy myself right up until the last moment before I left! I was grateful that they took me to the airport. A Japanese person was there the whole time, explaining everything to me, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. They also communicated with me via SMS right up until the last moment before the trip, which made things go smoothly on the day. Thank you very much!

Thanks to your excellent arrangements, we were able to enjoy the best views. We communicated via WhatsApp, but it would have been nice if we could have used LINE. The e-ticket arrived the day before. They were on time even though the hotel was a little hard to find. Thank you.

Very worth seeing the big castle focus, come to Australia must visit, highly recommended, so beautiful! Although the photo can't take the intuitive shock of the big castle focus, it has fallen deeply in my heart and mind. This time due to limited time, snorkeling has not been completed, and I will definitely come to Cairns next time I have a chance!
