2. Please keep your phone accessible during the pickup period. If the driver cannot reach you due to your reasons, or if you are not waiting at the designated hotel/address, resulting in failed contact, no changes or refunds will be allowed.

3. Pregnant women, seniors over 60, and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, cervical spondylosis, or other conditions unsuitable for strenuous activities are strongly advised not to participate. If any accident or loss occurs due to the visitor concealing their true condition, our store will not be held responsible. Please be aware!

4. Child price for ages 3–10 (regular seat), same price as adults for ages 11 and above. Inclusions: Only includes admission ticket for sightseeing.
