Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

Anyone who has the opportunity to visit this place should go because it will be incredible!! It was the best experience of my life!! It's not a cheap trip, but it's totally worth it!!

Around 5,000 people per day visit the top so it will be crowded. The tour group was a full buss, half coming from Zurich and half boarding from Interlaken. Pick up 10:45 and return around 18:00 to Interlaken. One guide explains in English and one guide in Chinese. Personally I would have preferred Chinese being in another bus - simply because hearing constant translation entire day is almost giving headache as the trip itself is also long and tiring. Any peace and quiet along the way would have allowed micro pauses and breathing room. 2 h at the top was too short. The full walk is 1,5 h and then only allows 30 min to eat. We went straight to the fancy resto and there was a queue to enter. The food was basic, no salad. After we rushed the walk but you will mainly be in queues. Best option is however to be part of this group as queue time is minimized and you have guaranteed seats and priority boarding to the cog train. Views cannot be guaranteed as it is usually cloudy. We have splendid weather and magnificent view - literally breathtaking. The gondola was super fun. All in all a great experience but too many people.

This is so worth it specially if u will visit have 4 days of full packed schedule! So easy to use, just print or save the voucher and everytime u ride a train, bus or boat show the qr code and ur good to go! Transportation in switzerland are easy to use!

It works great; basically, just showing your e-ticket is enough. It's accepted on most buses, trains, ferries, and cable cars in Interlaken and Brienz. This year, the cable car to Schilthorn was also free for the entire trip, which was a great deal.


