
1. All vessel types require self-transportation. Due to severe traffic congestion in Bangkok, please allocate extra travel time and arrive early at the ticket redemption point to redeem your ticket(s). Please note that if boarding is missed due to late arrival, the ferry operator will not issue refunds.
2. When booking, you can only specify the floor number, not the specific seat. The specific seat will be coordinated and arranged by the shipping company based on the overall booking situation.
3. During Thailand's rainy season (May–October each year), we do not recommend selecting specific deck positions. If you book seats on the open-air top deck and it rains, you may be relocated to shared tables on the first or second floor. As weather conditions are beyond our control, no compensation or complaints will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
4. When placing your order, please purchase tickets according to the child's actual age to avoid age verification issues at the venue.
5. Special holidays: Valentine's Day, Spring Festival, Water Festival, Loy Krathong Festival, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc. The boatman will notify you of the price increase when holding activity. Please be advised that you will need to pay the difference at that time.
6. The buffet diner provided on the cruise usually only includes free ice water/tea/coffee. Other beverages require ordering separately at an additional cost by informing the server. Please take note~
