Professional tour mixed with other groups. We were 10 mins late but guide was patient and nice. Picked us up at our hotel even when it’s outside of the ring. Description as is, but note they will ask you for add-on options. Like cable car ride up to Lishan (complimentary if you buy the package) additional virtual reality tour (quite fun but costly). Might be better if you secure your own ride and get an official tour guide at the Terra-Cotta warrior museum itself.★

It was a great visit! The service was very nice and efficient. Our tour guide, Mr. Wang (David), picked us up at the hotel in the morning in a very pleasant car. He was a great tour guide. He gave us a lot of insight and even helped us to plan the rest of our trip in Xi'an. He is a really nice person and we very much enjoyed this day of touring with him★

This half-day tour of the Terracotta Warriors was fantastic overall, a fulfilling and comfortable experience. Special praise goes to our guide, Ms. Xing Yajuan; she was incredibly thoughtful, professional, meticulous, and patient. Originally scheduled for 9:30 to 11:30, she led us for a full three hours, without any rush. She also made sure to check on everyone's needs, such as photo opportunities, restroom breaks, souvenir purchases, and whether we were pressed for time. Knowing that many of us dislike crowds, she would deliberately take us to less congested areas for explanations, making the experience clearer and more enjoyable.
Ms. Xing has an exceptional understanding of the details of the terracotta warriors, explaining everything from clothing, hairstyles, and expressions to weapons and formations in a vivid and insightful way. I learned a great deal and gained a deeper appreciation for the awe-inspiring nature of the Terracotta Warriors. I highly recommend Ms. Xing Yajuan; she is one of the best and most dedicated guides I've ever encountered on any tour.★

Xi’an is such an interesting city and Sally did an amazing job at bringing its history and culture to life. The Terracotta Army is one of the most incredible things we’ve ever seen. We could not have had a better time and we loved spending the day with Sally. Would 100% recommend this tour★

We had the pleasure of having Wendy as our guide during our recent trip to Xi’an, and she was absolutely wonderful. Right from the start, we were impressed by her English—it’s clear, natural, and was very easy for my child to follow.
What we appreciated most was her heart for her guests. Wendy is incredibly patient; whenever she noticed my son looking a bit disengaged, she would voluntarily step in to spark his interest and get him involved again. Professionally, she is top-notch and shared the historical significance of Xi’an with such depth and clarity. We are extremely pleased with her service and couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
