Reviews: 1-day tour to Halong Bay, Vietnam from Hanoi [private charter/professional guide]
Guest User2026-08-11
It was truly excellent value for money. I initially thought the photos the tour guide sent were just pictures, but the actual cruise ship was incredibly beautiful. The cruise ship was luxurious, and the children had a wonderful time. The afternoon tea was also delicious and reasonably priced. It's a perfect trip for families with children. The shuttle service was also excellent – a luxurious minivan! The value for money was simply amazing.

Reviews: Full Day Ha Long Bay Tour With Dragon Cruise,Titop Island,Sung Sot Cave,Kayaking,Transfer
Guest User2025-10-26
Mixed impressions. We expected to explore the bay, but in reality, we cruised for the first 40 minutes and the last hour. Therefore, I recommend choosing cruises that depart at 11 a.m., as it gets dark early around 5:10 p.m., and the last wonderful time to watch the sunset is in pitch darkness. This excursion departs at 12 noon. When we boarded, we were served lunch, and everything was delicious. The guide showed us the first location and told us to go up and have a look, but by that time, all the food had been cleared from the tables. We were given 50 minutes to reach T-Top Island, although the description said it would take over an hour. The panorama is beautiful, the climb, photos, and descent takes 35 minutes. Then there's kayaking, which was disappointing; the location isn't the most interesting, you paddle into a small bay for 25-30 minutes. There are a lot of people, and you come out wet. I liked the cave; there was a long line for about 30 minutes, but it's worth it! It looks amazing. We then sailed back, and as I said above, it quickly got dark, it got cold, and the bay was invisible. The guide was responsive and excellent, thank you.

Reviews: one-day tour of Halong Bay, Vietnam [We are a local Vietnamese fleet| All-inclusive price|Multiple ship types available| Departing from Hanoi]
Guest User2026-09-30
Ruby's customer service was very prompt in their notifications, and the itinerary was described in great detail. The cruise segment was well-organized, and the local Vietnamese guide was very responsible, creating a lively atmosphere, and communicating in English was seamless. The buffet lunch was relatively good, and the day trip covered most of the famous attractions. Halong Bay is truly beautiful and well worth seeing.
