Drop-off point: Galaxy Hotel, The Venetian Hotel, MGM Cotai (Different drop-off points correspond to different departure times. Please refer to the package description for details.)

Important notice: To ensure the safety of all passengers during the pandemic, all passengers must wear masks before boarding. Drivers have the right to refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask.

1. Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes in advance. Show your QR code or provide your ticket number to the on-site staff, who will print your boarding pass for you (the pass will display your seat number, which is randomly assigned by the system and cannot be specified in advance).

2. The ticket is only valid for the scheduled departure on the same day. Passengers must board at the designated location and date specified on the ticket. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and expired tickets will be voided.

3. Please keep your ticket safe (you will need to present it again for inspection when reboarding after customs clearance, and you will need to repurchase a ticket if it is lost).

4. Passengers must ensure they carry valid transit documents when boarding. If a passenger's travel documents are invalid or lost, to avoid affecting other passengers, Hong Kong-Macau Express has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be issued.

Cross-border vehicles waiting for passengers to clear customs are limited to 15 minutes.

Passenger A - we cannot wait if delayed by customs inspection

If you miss the border crossing time, you may be arranged to take the next available departure time if there are seats, or you may be advised to use other transportation at your own expense.

1. All tickets are invalid if altered and will not be reissued if lost. Passengers must present their ticket to board.

2. Note: We currently do not offer discounted tickets for special groups. All passengers will be charged the same price for all visitors.

3. Each passenger is allowed one free piece of checked baggage and one piece of carry-on baggage.

The baggage dimensions must not exceed 64 cm × 41 cm × 23 cm (25 in × 16 in × 9 in) and the weight must not exceed 10 kg (22 lb).

B. For overweight or oversized baggage (limited to a total dimension of 128 cm or 50 inches when adding length + width + height) and dangerous goods (flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, or objectionable items, as well as animals, livestock, and other items prohibited by customs), Hong Kong-Macau Express has the right to refuse transportation.

For overweight or oversized baggage approved by Hong Kong-Macau Express, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional baggage ticket at CNY50 per piece.

If any accident occurs due to passengers carrying prohibited items, all consequences shall be borne solely by the carrier, who shall also be liable for all economic losses incurred by Hong Kong-Macau Express and our company as a result.

Please keep this with you at all times. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage.

B In the event of loss or damage to luggage due to the negligence of Hong Kong-Macau Express employees, the maximum compensation per incident is HK$500.

Upon arrival at customs, passengers are required to carry their own luggage through customs clearance and must comply with the relevant regulations of customs in Hong Kong and Macau. Any violations are the sole responsibility of the passenger. After clearing customs, passengers must also carry their own luggage onto the vehicle. The company and the Hong Kong-Macau Express company will not be liable for any compensation for luggage left on the transit vehicle that is confiscated during inspection.

I) Except for the liability stipulated by the insurance company of the insured transit vehicle under third-party insurance regulations, our company and the Hong Kong-Macau Express company shall not bear any other liability. II) If passengers wish to obtain additional coverage, they may purchase extra insurance from other insurance companies at their own discretion. III) In the event of a traffic accident, injured passengers must remain at the scene and wait for local police to arrive for handling and documentation before leaving. If a passenger leaves the scene without authorization, resulting in the police being unable to document the incident and the insurance company consequently being unable to provide compensation, our company and the Hong Kong-Macau Express company shall not be held responsible. For injuries or fatalities caused by traffic accidents, the compensation amount shall be determined in accordance with the insurance company's regulations.

7. I) If the vehicle fails to transport passengers to their destination on time due to mechanical failure, efforts will be made to provide an alternative vehicle to continue the journey. II) If Hong Kong-Macau Express cannot provide an alternative vehicle, passengers may switch to other transportation at their own discretion. Passengers must process ticket refunds at the ticket center within three working days from the date of the incident. Hong Kong-Macau Express reserves the final right to determine the refund amount. III) Neither our company nor Hong Kong-Macau Express shall be liable for any losses caused by bus delays.

8. Other matters not covered herein shall be subject to the interpretation of Hong Kong-Macau Express.

9. Due to government price controls, the selling price of this product is the same as the walk-in price. Please refrain from purchasing if this is a concern.
