How to use

After placing the order, customer support will contact you to send the store location and confirm the specific arrival time.

1. Customer Support - Please confirm the shooting date, number of people, and selected package in advance (for same-day/next-day temporary bookings, please check if the photographer is available).

2. Place an order and book - After payment, the merchant will contact the customer to communicate and reserve the time slot.

3. Pre-shoot communication - Before shooting, establish a communication group and send out important notes

4. On the day of the shoot - The customer arrives at the agreed location at the scheduled time for the photo session. The unedited photos will be provided to the customer within 24-48 hours.

5. Photo Selection Service - Choose the photos that need retouching.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

All packages include 1 photographer and 1 makeup stylist.

Important note

1. All package service discounts in this link are only available for online advance reservations. Walk-in customers without prior reservations will be charged at the original in-store price.

2. Store operating hours: Monday to Sunday 10:00 am – 10:30 pm

3. For Grand Tang Mall, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, City Wall, Dahua 1935, Bell and Drum Towers, if admission tickets are required, guests need to cover their own tickets as well as the photographer's tickets!

4. All costumes in the store are Hanfu. A deposit is required when taking them out. The deposit will be refunded immediately upon returning the clothing on time without large stains, damages, or***********burns. Compensation will be required for any damages at the original price. Hanfu is valuable, so please handle with care.

5. If the customer has short hair, please consult the merchant to confirm whether this package can be used for makeup and styling~

False eyelashes available for an additional 20 yuan per pair

You can pay with gift cards (Renwoyou, Renwoxing), subject to confirmation on the payment page.

Invoice instructions:

If you need an invoice, please sign in to the Trip.com app, select "Issue invoice" and enter your invoice information on the booking form page.
