Booking restrictions:

- After booking, you must arrive at Mudita Spa 15 minutes in advance according to the specified time. Use the electronic handwritten confirmation information to confirm the order information at the spa front desk for redemption.

- Reservations can be made before 12:00 on the same day (if reservations are made on the same day, reservations are allowed within the first 5 hours, but the success rate will be lower)

- Valid on the specified travel date.

- Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure or have heart disease are advised to consult their physician before attending spa treatments and using spa facilities.

Jewelry should not be worn during a massage; we recommend that your valuables be kept in a secure box in your room or spa locker room.

Smoking/Drinking Alcohol: Smoking and drinking on the property are strictly prohibited. It is not recommended to drink alcohol at least 3 hours before any spa treatment.
