Reviews: Mt Wellington Ultimate Afternoon Tour

Our driver Vic was very friendly and told us a lot. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and we were standing in the clouds. We didn't see any platypuses either, which was a shame. But Vic made up for it with a fantastic view of the city. Thank you so much for the great tour!

What a wonderful variety of the best of the Hobart area! From the Mt. Field National Park forest to the Bonorong Sanctuary and finally the summit of Mt. Wellington we were treated to experiences we could not have accessed on our own without a great deal of driving and effort. Thankfully we had an expert driver who kept us moving but gave us plenty of time to immerse in each location.

The stories and history given by Vic made the tour interesting. The sightseeing was good and it was great for a bit of orientation. Loved the Rosny lookout stop and the short stay at the Botanical Gardens.

Excellent tour. David was a lovely character who had great stories and info about the town. He was qualified in earth and plant science so was giving lots of great facts about the landscape, flora and fauna. He made sure we got to see the best view possible and also dropped us back off at our cruise ship. 5 stars!

Absolutely loved visiting Port Arthur. What an amazing interesting place to visit. A must if you’re travelling to Hobart. The Tasman Peninsula was lovely too. While Richmond was lovely to see most shops had closed by the time we got there.
