What's included

Guide service fee, 8 hrs

Reminder, tour guide: 1. During the process, transportation fees, admission tickets for the guide/customer, and the guide's meal fee of 50 CNY per meal (one at 12:00 and one at 18:00) will be covered by the customer. 2. If there is overtime, an additional 150 CNY will be charged per hr.

How to use

After placing an order, you can notify the guide of the departure time and meeting location via the chat page. Alternatively, the guide will contact you one day in advance to confirm the itinerary, meeting location in Macau, and departure time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. A hiking guide will accompany you for a full 8-hour service. Additional charge of 150 CNY per extra hour.

2. The guide's admission ticket is not included. Some attractions may require tickets at the customer's own expense. The guide can assist with booking, and the customer will be reimbursed later.

3. The working meal for the guide is not included. The guide can eat with the customers. If it is not convenient to eat together, a meal allowance of 50 CNY can be provided for the guide to arrange their own meal.
