I loved making (and eating!) the pizza with the two chefs. I could not be happier with the experience and the recipes and cannot wait to get home and try on my own. I have already ordered the scraper that i need to complete this recipe (i have the fork!). I look forward toi many yummy pizzas with fond memories of my time with the Town of Italy folks!★

This class stood out as highlight in a trip full of highlights. I cannot recommend the class enough. I hope to one day return. The view, the staff, some of the best pasta I had my entire trip, there is nothing but overwhelming positive things to say. A trip to Florence is incomplete for me now without Francy’s Pasta class. ★

Book this tour!! We have been to many wine tours in the US, Italy and France. Our guide during this tour, Andrea, was THE BEST. He was incredibly knowledgeable and created an experience beyond our expectations. The wine was amazing, the food spread he served blew us away but the best part of the afternoon was Andrea’s personality, humor and passion. He will make you a wine lover if you aren’t already.★

What a bargain! Our guide was incredibly informative. His English is impeccable, and we learned so much. He was a fun storyteller too. Besides all the info, the three cellars were incredible and the first was designed, he told us, by the architect who designed the Sistine Chapel in Rome. Don’t turn this tour down. It’s great and ends with tastings (along with small Italian bruschetta) of six (or three, your choice) of their amazing Montepulciano wines.★

This was a great experience in learning about the history and process of winemaking in the region. Ettore, our guide was excellent at explaining different soils and grape varieties in how they produce certain vintages. Tastings were excellent, plate of salumi, formaggio e pane went well with the wine. The only thing that would have made it 5 stars, would have been a trip to the vineyard, which they are working on.
