It was really great... Maria, our guide, did a fantastic job, handling everything with the best attitude at all times... in short, fabulous... I really liked her system of saying one sentence in Spanish and then in English... that way she kept everyone engaged... and she had great interpersonal skills... the driver was very friendly... the excursion was fabulous★

Sergio was a great guide. He pointed out the important pieces , gave historical context while keeping things light. The “small group” of 16 (as listed) didn’t necessarily achieve a small group feeling - especially in some cramped rooms, but skipping the line & having a guide for context was very helpful.★

it was a very good and informative tour. our guide a native from madrid, he presented a good guided tour of about 20 people. he was also patient with many questions asked. the day to the royal palace and cathedral was on time to start the tour, it was just an amazing day!
