Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. This tour meets at "Casa Batllo"
Your guide will be waiting for you with a green 'Walks' sign
To save time, bring your own water and food on the tour. No long lunch breaks are provided because of long lines at food spots; instead, short breaks are given throughout the tour to eat snacks
Visitors must cover their shoulders and knees
Bring a valid photo ID, including children
Security check required at Sagrada Familia
Casa Batllo rooftop may close in case of heavy wind/rain
Some areas of Sagrada Familia are not accessible for wheelchairs
Visitors should be capable of walking at a moderate pace without any trouble

If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:43, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:43 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
