We had our tour with Amelia, she was amazing in telling us everything about the history of the mountains, how they were formed, the mossarate (wrong spelling, sorry), we had a lot of fun. If you choose the full hiking experience, I advice you to take hiking shoes, please don't use normal sport shoes since the way down can be very treacherous. They do advice you this when you book your trip!!
