1. The bus does not operate 24 hours. Tickets must be used during bus operating hours and within the ticket's validity period.

3. This product does not include night tours.
4. Please note that partial refunds are not available even if some items in the package have not been used. We appreciate your understanding.

Seats cannot be assigned or reserved in advance and will be arranged by on-site staff.
For first-time use, it must be on the travel date you've selected.
8. Luggage restrictions: For safety reasons, large items such as luggage, bulky bags, and large backpacks are strictly prohibited on the sightseeing bus.
9. For stations served by multiple bus routes, please check if it's the correct bus before boarding to avoid taking the wrong one and delaying your trip. If unsure, consult station staff or the driver.
10. Please confirm the last bus time with staff (including drivers) on the day. Do not arrive at the last minute as boarding is only allowed before the last bus departure time. If you arrive at the station after the last bus has left, you will not be able to take the bus. Therefore, we strongly recommend planning your time wisely.
