Excellent, except I think they don't give the guides the necessary tools in case the cars get stuck in the snow. It happened to us on the way there and we were able to get out, but once we were back at the park we had to return to the city in an Uber, because even waiting for assistance (from the same tour company) didn't get us out of the ice.
