Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

We booked the service for a trip, I really liked it, it was fast and convenient, they met us with a sign, there were instructions and contact information on the trip itself, so I wrote via WhatsApp myself, but I think it would be great if the other side also contacted us via messengers for confirmation and everything was ok) Overall, I'm happy, they met us and went straight to security, it took no more than 3 minutes★

Easy to locate the agent and the fast track let us clear immigration in 20 mins. Crowd level depends on the number of arriving flights. People who joined fast track a few mins after us were at the same queue as normal lanes. Recommended for a peace of mind especially for connecting flights.
