Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.β

We booked the service for a trip, I really liked it, it was fast and convenient, they met us with a sign, there were instructions and contact information on the trip itself, so I wrote via WhatsApp myself, but I think it would be great if the other side also contacted us via messengers for confirmation and everything was ok) Overall, I'm happy, they met us and went straight to security, it took no more than 3 minutesβ

Excellent service, everything went perfectly and at the highest level. I arrived alone at Cam Ranh Airport, didn't speak the language, and the internet wasn't working. I quickly found an agent with a sign they sent me in advance. I went through passport control in exactly one minute. I recommend this company and their services.β

It was wonderful! I'm so glad I chose this spa. Everything was great here: the friendly service, the complimentary drinks and fruit, the impeccable cleanliness, and the quality of the massage. My petite masseuse was very professional β warming up first, then going over the right spots, gently where needed, and applying a firmer touch where possible. In Da Nang, massage is famous ~ I have visited several places with my family, but the Hebalspa is the best. The massage is good, the service is good, and the therapists speak Korean a little, so it's great to communicate. Highly recommended.β
