The service in Hanoi is very convenient, including a Russian-language audio guide. The route is interesting. It took four hours. It was basically enough for everything: first, we did the full circle, then stopped at three stops for sightseeing. One inconvenience: the first time you have to board the bus, you have to get off at the first stop, near the opera house. There, you have to exchange your trip reservation for a paper ticket.★

Please note that there is no pickup from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter on weekends, you cannot stay on the bus for an hour upon arrival, the driver does not speak English, there is one toilet stop during the 7-hour journey, there is no toilet on the bus, everything else is as in the photo *a blanket, water, and a phone charger are provided) Wi-Fi was not very good along the way, and the bus speed was such that it would make you sick looking at your phone, upon arrival Wi-Fi worked, of the advantages that are not indicated: at departure and upon arrival there are coffee and cafes in the offices where you can sit and drink coffee for a fee and the toilet is free★

As a Japanese resident, I highly recommend this spa. Although they don't speak Japanese, I can recommend this spa to anyone visiting Hanoi on business or sightseeing, thanks to the therapists' treatment skills and the hospitality of the reception staff. This time, I chose a 90-minute full-body oil massage. You can choose from four different oil scents.★

The masseuse's skills were excellent, much better than my experience in Taiwan. I especially enjoyed the hot stone massage; overall, it was a very good experience. The only slightly awkward thing was that my seat was right by the door, and a small part of the curtain couldn't be drawn, so it was completely visible from the outside glass. They didn't seem to notice and just asked me to change. Also, during the hair washing process, the curtain in the cubicle wasn't drawn, so everyone could see in, which might make shy people uncomfortable. Finally, the front desk staff proactively asked if I wanted to tip. While the overall service was good and the experience was pleasant, the various points detracted from the experience and made me uncomfortable.★
