The driver arrived at the hotel on time for pick-up and drop-off. There was plenty of time to buy food and coffee nearby. Train arrival times aren't always punctual, but the driver reminded us when to board, which was a plus. Taking the train to the next attraction was a good experience. The zoo was quite unique and worth a visit.★

The Elephant sanctuary was the most amazing place, the staff were superb and the elephants were very much loved and cared for. Huge tick for the bucket list, literally brought tears to my eyes. Lunch was tasty and a good selection, bottled water was offered/provided. We took t-shirts and shorts as suggested but they didn’t seem to mind shorts and bikini tops (women) and shorts and bare chest (men). Didn’t get too long at Bridge and initially they were ferrying us from there to elephants but when I said we wanted to do the cemetery (as per our tour) it wasn’t an issue and we went there, we didn’t get very long. So if that’s your main reason for booking the tour and not the elephants this isn’t the deal for you. For me it was the perfect balance but I know my partner would have liked a bit longer with the historical side.★

1 day trip out of BKK. Since we booked a private car for 2, we are able to request the driver to stop for short breaks etc. hotel picked up around 8am from Baiyoke sky hotel (BKK), about 2.5hrs, reached a train station and took ‘death railway’ for 40-50mins iirc. Once done, driver will pick u up from Thamkra Sae. (Prepare some cash for the train ride, they also sell food on the train). Once done, we headed to the safari park, its weekday and really quite empty. Loved the close encounters w animals and you can opt take photo w giraffe at extra 1000bhat. Decided to head back ard 3.30pm and reach bkk centralworld ard 6.45pm. Worth it? Yes for me. But do prepare things to do in the long car ride. Perhaps also ask the driver if u can snack in the car or take some short breaks too. (Many mcd/kfc/burger king/starbucks and malls along the way)★

A truly meaningful experience! The elephants here, whether sick or healthy, are cared for and respected with great care; their happiness is evident, and I appreciate that. The elephant camp is clean, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and proactive. Towels, shirts, showers, shampoo, and hairdryers are provided on-site—very convenient! Highly recommended!★

The pre-trip consultation with the supplier went smoothly. They were able to customize the time and pick-up location and answered all my questions about the itinerary. The customer service was excellent. I booked a regular sedan for three adults, but a large, new, and clean car arrived on the day of the trip, making the entire journey very comfortable. Although the driver couldn't communicate in English, translation software was sufficient. You need to manage your driving time when entering the Safari area; you can also choose to schedule it later. The park is very large, and with young children, time might be a little insufficient. You can always come back or add more time.★
