I booked this tour because I wanted to visit Kyoto for a day while staying in Osaka! I decided to go on a tour because I figured going on my own would require researching subways and buses, and I'd end up wasting a lot of time traveling. Since it was a private bus, the trip was very comfortable, and the guide at Kumumichi did a great job with the tips and explanations. 👍 I booked a tour that only visited the three most famous places because I wanted to look around at a leisurely pace. Since there is a lot of walking, it was great to be able to rest comfortably during the bus rides!! I think I made the right decision booking this! (The deer really enjoyed the grass you gave them at the deer park; thank you so much! 🤗👍) Thank you so much for recommending great restaurants on the way to Osaka and for helping me make a reservation at a restaurant I specifically requested!! Thanks to you, I had a really delicious dinner. 🫶✨️★

Shine was an outstanding tour guide! Extremely knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating local stories like how Japan educates kids from a young age on recycling and keeping the city clean. Shine also demonstrated excellent group management to keep us all on schedule throughout the day, and even shared helpful local recommendations with us after the tour finished. The meeting point was clearly marked, and we found our guide, Mika, quickly. She explained the itinerary in both Chinese and Korean on the bus and was very friendly. However, the walk to the designated stops after each stop was a bit fast, which might have been difficult for older travelers to keep up with. This was likely because some other tourists were late at the beginning, causing delays. Before we got off at the end of the day, the guide also offered dinner recommendations. Overall, the itinerary was quite good. 👍
