How to use

Communications:

Please provide an email address and phone number that you can access regularly, as the company could have the necessity to communicate updates. The updates not received are considered responsibility of the company only when they are not communicated, not when they are communicated but not checked by the customer.

Departure Point:

Please meet our team outside the front entrance of King's College on King's Parade with your digital receipt 5 minutes before your tour is due to start.

The starting point is outside King's College on King's Parade, CB2 1SJ, and your guide will be wearing a royal blue hat and possibly other blue items (polo shirt, jacket), with the coat of arms of the company on it.

Note:

Walking tours are not suitable for those unable to walk for the duration of the tour.

Wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.

Ensure you use the toilet before your tour as there are no toilet breaks throughout your experience.

Strict lateness policy: If you are late for your tour you will need to buy another ticket for another time slot.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy:

Cancel 24 hours or more in advance and receive a full refund. Customers must check in on time and at the correct meeting point or risk missing the tour and having to purchase new tickets. Traffic and train delays (or cancellations) will not entitle you to reimbursement or rebooking. Give yourself enough time to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early.

Mind Your Step: Be cautious of uneven surfaces, curbs, and potential trip hazards.

Traffic Awareness: Use pedestrian crossings and be mindful of vehicles and bicycles, especially in busy areas.

Report Issues: Inform the tour guide immediately if you feel unwell or notice any safety concerns.

Respect Local Regulations: Follow local health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 related guidelines.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
