Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The second part of the hike, after we reached Pico do Areeiro was easier than expected. Views were wonderful, and sitting at the cafe afterwards was so relaxing with those spectacular views.

It was a lovely day out. Diego was an absolute delight, very knowledgable, kind and funny. A very good driver. A credit to the Bearded Madeira Tour company that he worked for. The day was varied with a trip to a pretty fishing village, glass floor visit at the top of the mountain, Fanal Forest, volcanic rock pools. Enough time in each spot to have a good look round and enjoy each experience. Would definitely recommend - very enjoyable

The scenery is beautiful. The hike is lovely and well-guided. Abi and Luigi are the best. Fun descents, jumps, and slides. Maybe keep the group a bit smaller so you don't have to wait as long for each other. There were 11 of us.

This was a fantastic activity The team were helpful and responsive on the app, they picked us up straight from the hotel After a short drive to the canyoning site, they explained clearly what we would be doing as well as giving interesting information about the area The canyoning was excellent fun, something we had never tried before but would definitely do again It was safe and the team were very helpful throughout All equipment was provided and in great condition, the wetsuits were fantastic at keeping us warm in the chilly waterfalls Amazing activity - would definitely recommend Thanks so much!

Fantastic trip today. Toni and Mateus kept us well entertained. The driving was superb and as the pools were closed due to the wind we had longer in Fanal Forest which we loved.


