I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.★

The museum was very interesting, I enjoyed the historical items it held and the tour guide was very kind. My only complaint would be the lack of different scents you could mix together, other than that it was a nice experience.★

Jasmina was a great guide and knew so much about the history of France and how it tied into the castles. it's a long day but well worth it. Going in January you might miss the blooming gardens but there was no crowd and our small group basically had both castles to ourselves.★

The guide was nice and knowledgeable but did not help to get us to see the MonaLisa was very chaotic and told us to just push and shove. It was not clear what the tour would include and she skipped the Egyptian Sphinx. She failed to tell us that to return to it you had to leave and come back in. The problem is she has the ticket so the customer has no prove of having the entry ticket. This was a very disappointing experience★

Do the self pace tour! My wife and I tried to book last minute with the English speaking tour, but were unsuccessful. So we opted to do the self guided tour and it was amazing. You don’t really need a guide for this tour, just transportation because it’s far from Paris.
