My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔★

Alex was a great host for the day. Pick up time and location was as advertised. He did well with driving to the various destinations and giving us enough time to experience them. Small van that accommodates 8 people, but if you're tall than arrive early to the pick up location so you don't have to sit in the front. I was in the front beside him, so I got to talk with him throughout the day on different topics and he was a great conversationalist.
He took us to Regua instead of Amarante at the beginning of the day because of road construction work in Amarante, but as a bonus he did take us to Amarante at the end of the day for a few minutes, even though he didn't have to!
The lunch in Pinhao was excellent with a lot of food that our group enjoyed, but was so much we couldn't finish! The boat ride was fine, but it's on a boat with other tour groups. It didn't really affect us because the ride wasn't full, but I can see it being an issue during busier months.
The other stops at the Sandeman winery and olive oil museum were also good and provided overviews of both port wine and olive oil production in the region (plus some amazing panoramic views).
It's a full 10 hour day, so be mindful of that when booking!
