TurboJet ferry boat ticket - one-way (Hong Kong Kowloon to/from Macau Taipa)

Booking Information

1. Each person can purchase a maximum of 6 round-trip boat tickets.

2. To allow sufficient time for staff to assist with verifying the required entry documents, passengers must enter the gate and board the ferry at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

3. According to Hong Kong authorities' instructions, passengers with a body temperature exceeding 38°C will not be allowed to enter the pier to board the ship.

Passenger notice:

When booking, the name and first 4 digits of the ID/passport number must be provided for each passenger. The ID document must be presented for verification when boarding.

The booking confirmation QR code will be sent to the provided email or displayed on the booking details page. Each passenger must ensure they can present the QR code on their smartphone when entering the gate.

eBoarding boat tickets are not available for pickup at ticket offices or self-service ticket machines.

Passengers must allow sufficient time for immigration clearance. If boarding is delayed due to the above or other reasons, the passenger will be responsible for the delay.

Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled.

TurboJET reserves the final decision-making right for the eBoarding service.

Checked baggage

Each passenger can carry one piece of hand luggage (not exceeding 20 kg, size: 60 × 20 × 35 cm). All luggage exceeding these limits must be checked.

Checked baggage notices:

Checked baggage service hours: 45 minutes to 20 minutes before flight departure.

All overweight, oversized, or excessive baggage must be checked in during baggage service hours.

Checked baggage must be placed on the same ship you are traveling on.

Passengers who check in their baggage late will have their baggage and themselves transferred to the next available flight.

Checked baggage is calculated individually per piece, and the corresponding fees must be paid according to the fee schedule.

If checked baggage is not claimed within 60 minutes of the flight's arrival time after being delivered to the destination terminal, it will be considered unclaimed and stored at the baggage service department. Passengers retrieving their baggage later will be required to pay the applicable storage fees according to the company's baggage storage charges.

Boat tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked, but to provide flexibility, the following policy is offered for canceling boat ticket reservations.

(Special reminder: All cancellations are based on the boat ticket departure time. If you need to cancel, please allow sufficient time and contact customer support during working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to apply):

Cancel boat ticket booking:

Cancellation made more than 48 hours before departure - a fee of HK$10 per ticket will be charged.

Cancellation made more than 24 hours before departure - a fee of HK$20 per ticket will be charged.

· Cancellation made more than 2 hours before departure - a fee of HK$30 per ticket will be charged.

Cancellations and changes are not accepted within 2 hours of flight departure.
