If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 20:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

• Please arrange your own swimsuit wear,bath towel,sunscreen and beach shoes
• Please wear a swimsuit underneath your clothes and bring extra clothing
--you may change in one of the changing rooms at the beach
• Be sure to wear a life jacket immediately after on board
• Guests who cannot swim, please snorkel beside the boat
• If there are rough sea conditions,tour may be canceled/the location changed
