Fairly easy to book. Just go to the ferry and show them the qr and they will print a ticket for you. The ferry is clean and fast. But not for people with seasick. The waves can get quite rough and the whole journey is bumpy.

Was a little disappointed that no light hung at all by the city. Previously someone took the ride during Xmas and it was pretty with lights around. Would like to see clear descriptions on when to expect lights.

We took TurboJet from Macau to Hong Kong. The blue boats have newer, softer seats than these. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to depart without any problems at 7:30 PM, even though our tickets were for 11:30 PM. There's an information desk in the terminal. Before canceling or exchanging tickets, go there; they'll likely let you use the ones you have.


