The Frankfurt Card offers unlimited free rides on Frankfurt's public transport network, including trams, buses, subways, suburban trains, night buses, and regional trains to Frankfurt-Höchst. The card is valid within the city and at Frankfurt International Airport (Zone 50 and Zone 5090). Enjoy 20%–50% discounts on admission tickets to Frankfurt museums, attractions, opera houses, and selected city tours or river cruises (see the tourist information office brochure or visit for more details). Discounts on Frankfurt Zoo admission tickets. Various discounts available at designated restaurants and retail stores.

- Please present your mobile e-ticket and exchange it for your train ticket at the Central Station visitor information center.
- The tourist information office in Hesse is open on public holidays, following a schedule similar to Sundays.
- Please ensure your Frankfurt Card includes your name and date of entry.
- You will also receive a free brochure at the tourist information office
- Please note, there are no available redemption locations at the airport.
- The 2-day Frankfurt Card is valid for 2 consecutive days and expires at 5:00 AM on the third day.
