SST the Dolphin and its crew were very friendly and provided meticulous service, especially Finn, who even helped peel shrimps. We avoided the crowded Surprise Cave, but still enjoyed the beauty of Halong Bay. The feeling of kayaking and passing through two sea caves was still very magical.★

Fantastic cruise and service! We had a blast visiting the village, kayaking, and swimming. The pick-up and drop-off locations are great. The guides were very thoughtful and professional. The cruise was wonderful. The views of the bay are absolutely breathtaking, definitely worth the trip. The food was delicious, plentiful, and the service was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the mattresses comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful two days.★

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!
