The customer service was proficient and arranged very quickly. The driver also worked very hard. Thanks for the arrangement. We flew from Bali to Surabaya specifically to see the volcano, just for Bromo. After setting off from the city at 23:00, we arrived at the top of the mountain. In order to see the starry sky, we waited for a while on the top of the mountain early. Even with the thick clothes we rented, we still felt a little cold. The clouds and mist slowly dissipated at sunrise, and we finally saw the volcano itself at dawn. When we came, we were still worried that we would not be able to see it due to fog. It really felt like a super spectacular painting. The horizontal screen of the mobile phone could not capture it in full. The surround photography was worth the several hours of waiting. Fortunately, we came. The volcano was still hot, and many people came to check in. The experience this night was very cool. After the driver and we arrived at the top of the mountain, he took a break and took us to the observation deck. We went to the highest point to wait, and the wind was whistling.★

Because of time constraints, we booked a day trip to Bromo at the last minute. Customer service responded quickly and patiently arranged everything for us. The driver arrived at the hotel promptly in the early morning to pick us up. The car was spacious and comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided cushions and drinking water. The driver was incredibly kind, helping us take photos throughout the trip and taking excellent care of us during the hike. A super positive review!★

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
