I was absolutely delighted! What a wonderful tour, both intense and easy. The guide spoke excellent English, and sign language was pretty much the whole point.
We went canoeing and were taken to a cave, where they took photos (don't skimp on the boat drivers). They do such a great job, making rings for the girls and taking photos through leaves, and taking us to see the cave and the heart of the island.
We had a delicious meal, went to the island, said hello to a monkey, and went into the cave. The Thai guide was always there, offering advice and help—it was simply wonderful.
Then we went to James Bond Island—it was magical! Then to another island and a beach, relaxing, swimming, etc. I really enjoyed it all!
I'd like to give a special thanks to the guides. We had a Thai guide and a guide from Romania with us. They were simply amazing guys. It was fun, friendly, well-organized, everything was clear and understandable. They were friendly guys. Thank you for a wonderful day!★

We were very pleased with the service. They provided a shuttle service, and everything was perfectly organized. At reception in the morning, they offered us tea, coffee, sandwiches, pastries, watermelon, and pineapple. They gave us a briefing. We boarded a new-generation high-speed catamaran, and our unforgettable journey across five islands began! The trip was organized perfectly. I definitely recommend this tour from Sawanu Travel. A very worthwhile and comfortable trip!
We were picked up and dropped off in the morning. It's worth mentioning that there were only seven Chinese people in our group, but everyone was very friendly. Our guide, a Thai man who speaks Mandarin, would speak Mandarin every time, and his Mandarin was excellent!
It was practically an immersive boat tour! We could even swim, and the buffet was fantastic – drinks, iced water, and coffee were constantly available. The boat meals – rice, noodles, chicken, and fish – were delicious and unlimited.
In the cave, the Thai boatman watched out for bats overhead, sometimes letting us lie down and pass through – very safe and immersive!
James Bond Island was also incredibly photogenic; there wasn't enough time!
Finally, we had time to swim and play in the water, like little wild men. We didn't have to focus on walking or sightseeing; we just enjoyed the boat tour, swimming comfortably and enjoying Phuket. The safety of everyone was ensured. Our Thai-Chinese-speaking guide shared his health, longevity, and lifestyle insights, making the experience much more comfortable than other tours.★

This was my first trip abroad since the pandemic, and it had been 13 years since my last visit to Phuket. To be honest, I was quite nervous, especially traveling with a child. I couldn't help but overthink things, even worrying about what might happen. When choosing a day tour before the trip, I had a mixed feeling of "what if something goes wrong?" After comparing various options, I finally chose this company's Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island tour.
And it was definitely the right choice! First, I must commend their customer service; their efficiency was astonishing. No matter what the problem, they responded and resolved it instantly, making me feel incredibly at ease throughout the trip and completely dispelling my previous concerns.
As for the tour itself, the local guide was extremely professional, the itinerary was well-planned, and the pace was just right, so traveling with a child wasn't tiring at all. The scenery in Phang Nga Bay was breathtaking, and James Bond Island was also very unique. We had a fantastic time, and both adults and children were happy.
In short, this experience absolutely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially those traveling with children. Choosing this company is truly reassuring and worry-free!★
