If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Cruises depart daily (weather permitting). If you don't spot Hector's dolphins during your cruise (2% probability), you may return another day for a complimentary cruise. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions.
If you fail to attend the trip at the agreed time and location, it will be considered as automatic forfeiture and the full amount will be charged.
The knowledgeable crew on board will provide an English guide to the port's history and views along the way
The cabin is equipped with a bar and restroom
Due to strong winds at sea, please bring warm clothing, sunglasses, a hat, and a camera even in warm weather.
The cruise is suitable for families and children, but for safety and the consideration of other passengers, please supervise your children at all times.
