Reviews: Pang Chang Kamala Elephant Camp Phuket Half-Day Tour [Elephant Riding/ATV/Ziplining]

Late last night, I decided to take my children to ride elephants. I found a few in Trip.com and the deadline for registration has passed. Only this one can take orders. The customer service is very careful and intimate, and it is more convenient to ask us which lobby we wait in the hotel. The driver came to pick us up on time in the morning, about 15 minutes by car. It feels great to ride an elephant and ATV. The child was a little scared at first, and then adapted. The elephant trainer is very professional and has been helping us take pictures along the way. It is recommended to bring children to experience it. The only thing to ask is that the elephant garden can only be made on the mountain to go and return. Customer service should note in advance. Overall awesome, great experience
Reviews: [Includes island transfer fee and pick-up/drop-off] Phuket Phi Phi Island + Maya Bay + Honeymoon Island Day Trip - Snorkeling [You can choose between a yacht, catamaran, or monohull speedboat. Please check the package name.]

This Phi Phi Island itinerary was very well-planned (Touch!), starting with sightseeing and then snorkeling. This way, we could take beautiful photos and fully enjoy the water. Maya Bay was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water, and we were even lucky enough to spot a small shark. I highly recommend the optional longtail boat tour (not included in the itinerary), which allows you to take great photos from the boat and also lets you disembark at the beach in Pereh Bay. After snorkeling, we returned to shore as the Andaman Sea sunset cast a beautiful glow on the water. Thanks to the Bina team! Every member worked incredibly hard and provided excellent service!

It was a super awesome sea experience. We went to Phi Phi Island, Koh Phi Phi Island, Maya Bay and Honeymoon Island for snorkeling. The itinerary was tight but not tiring at all. Koh Phi Phi Island is the favorite of the little ones. You can buy bread in advance to feed the fish. We went to Phi Phi Island for a quick meal and then headed to Maya Bay. The scenery in Maya Bay was incredible. The water was clear and there were many fish. You can borrow a long-tail boat to take pictures. We snorkeled at Phi Phi Island, surrounded by small fish. On the last leg of our trip to Honeymoon Island, we encountered a group of dolphins. We had free time to snorkel and kayak at Honeymoon Island, and we could also play on the yacht's built-in slide. It was super fun. We saw the sunset on the sea on the way back. We were very satisfied with the overall itinerary. The yacht we originally booked was the Castle, but it was temporarily upgraded to a larger new catamaran, the Sapphire Catamaran. The tour guide was very funny, and the Thai dive guide also helped me take underwater blockbusters. The customer service representative, Bedi, was also super patient. Thank you!

Did this tour with my friend and would 1000% do it again, incredible day! So worth the cost! Got to see cool aquatic life and incredible landscapes. We booked hotel pick-up, which was smart. Buffet lunch was delicious and they provide snacks and water throughout the day. Plenty of time at each stop, didn't feel rushed and still got to see everything notable in the area. Snorkeling gear provided, with disposable single-use mouthpieces. This is a very high energy tour, fast paced and active, so recommend getting a good night's sleep before the early pickup and don't plan anything the same night because you will be exhausted. Big thanks to the team on boat 12 (QQ, Sacksy, Disney, Green, Yid, Vann, Voom) who made the day feel very safe and fun! They adapted to weather and took great care of us. Tips to enjoy: bring your own towel, sunscreen, cash, *waterproof phone pouch (I bought off Amazon), *waterproof shoes (they sell but I brought my Chacos) to protect feet from sharp corals
Reviews: Phuket Racha Island + Coral Island Day Trip: Sailing and snorkeling, with optional scuba diving. Transfers included.

The activities were plentiful, including two snorkeling trips and fishing. The boat was quite large with unobstructed views, though I did get a little seasick, haha. The guide spoke Chinese and was patient and thorough in his explanations. The snorkeling fish were limited in variety, but the seawater was crystal clear, which was fantastic. It was also great value for money, with transportation provided. Oh, and they provided sunscreen and motion sickness medication on board, so forgetting sunscreen isn't a problem, but the medication might make you drowsy. Overall, a pretty good experience!

I want to commend the staff, driver, guide, and crew – everyone was wonderful! Because I booked late, my chosen boat was unavailable, but the staff contacted me very quickly and arranged a replacement. The driver was very punctual, even arriving at the hotel a few minutes early to pick us up. There was also a WeChat group that day to let us know the license plate number, so we didn't have to worry about getting on the wrong boat. Towels were provided on the boat, so we didn't need to bring our own. Our guide that day was a Chinese-speaking man named Awei, who communicated fluently in Mandarin. There was also an English-speaking guide, nicknamed "Thai Tony Leung," which was very convenient with my parents. Awei was very responsible, explaining all the safety instructions on the boat to ensure everyone's safety. He also taught everyone how to use masks while snorkeling. The crew members were also very dedicated, using boards to guide those of us who can't swim and constantly checking to make sure everyone was okay. We had chosen another travel agency for an island-hopping day trip the day before, which was also good overall, but compared to this trip, Lazy Cat was definitely more professional and better. I would definitely choose them again next time. I have two small suggestions. On the day trips I took these past two days, the tour guides mentioned on the return trip that Thailand is a tipping country, and it was acceptable to leave a small tip if we felt the service was good. While the amount wasn't much and the service was indeed excellent, it's still not a familiar practice for many Chinese tourists to directly ask for tips. Also, we weren't sure whether the money went entirely to the boat owner or to the crew. My other suggestion is that the tour ended around 6 PM, and by the time we got back to the pier at 6:30 PM, the sunset hadn't yet occurred. So, we only saw the sunset from the bus back to the hotel. If the tour had an extra half hour, we could have seen the sunset over the sea, which would have been perfect.
