Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

Absolutely fantastic service. It is a must if travelling from Ho Chi Minh City as immigration and security had huge queues and likely we could have missed our flight and we arrived at the airport over 3 hours before our flight. It took only 10 minutes to get through immigration and security through fast track and the whole process from booking was faultless. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.★

Greta service. Staff member was already waiting for us when we arrived at the immigration hall. She took us to the “VIP” lane, which was empty: we cleared the passaport check in literally 5 minutes. To be honest, the regular qeue wasn’t that bad but we still saved at least 30-40 minutes.★

We joined this full-day cruise tour and it was a great experience. The guide was excellent, and the pickup service was smooth and well organized. The buffet lunch was good, and we enjoyed the three activities (cave visit, kayaking or bamboo boat, and swimming or hiking). The wine-tasting sunset party on the ship was a nice highlight. The drop-off service was also good. Special thanks to our guide, Ronny, for making the trip enjoyable.★

Our guide, Tiger, and the entire group kindly waited for us for 25 minutes this morning as we were running late for our taxi to the bus. The tour was very informative, taking in the picturesque views of Halong Bay. We had a delicious lunch on board; I didn't expect such a good quality for the price! Thanks to the organizers!
