We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

Superb tour guide, with fluent English he shared with us the beauty of Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. The tour was nice and we were getting great service on the cruise. Food was slightly okay, but the view of the places and experience throughout the whole tour were really great. Thumbs up for the tourism company as well as the tour guide, we shall recommend this package to others. Ha Long bay is really a nice place, it was my second time after more than 10 years though.★
