The tour guide Chloe is really professional and we learnt a lot from her as she told the history of South Korea and she is really flexible to arrange the itinerary due to slight rain that might affect the sightseeing well done .. we love her jokes .. excellent service
Reviews: ULTRA LOTTE DAY TOUR (Lotte World Adventure+Seoul Sky+Aquarium+LDF)
Guest User2025-11-18
Fantastic experience! The guide was always attentive, explaining everything in detail, from where to find Paris to the shortest routes to get from one place to another. At first, we only wanted to get the tickets, but the option of a gift voucher and the Beauty Experience made it well worth it! Unbeatable price. Tickets purchased separately are more expensive! It was worth it.
Reviews: DMZ Tour with Optional Gondola and Suspension Bridge
Guest User2026-01-03
A trip to the Demilitarized Zone. It's mostly for immersing yourself in history and seeing the border. The cable car is truly optional and can be skipped. It offers views of the river and a small theme park at the exit. Skipping the cable car will give you more time for lunch. When visiting the tunnel, leave everything in a locker; it's warm down there, so you don't need a jacket (there will be some rain from the ceiling). Taller people over 175 might find it a bit difficult, as the tunnel is designed for shorter people. At the start of the tour, visit the suspension bridge, a nice photo spot.
Reviews: Everland Round-trip Day Tour from Seoul (Early/Late Return options, Chinese/English Guide)
Guest User2026-01-03
Booked a day trip to Everland with transport and tickets included. The experience was smooth and well organised. The tour operator was punctual, with clear pick-up arrangements and comfortable transport. Tickets were handled efficiently, saving time at the entrance. The guide was present at the start and end of the day, providing useful information and clear instructions. Communication was responsive throughout, which made the trip hassle-free. A reliable and convenient option for visiting Everland.
Reviews: DMZ Day Trip: Third Tunnel/Dora Observatory/Imjingak / Optional North Korean defector meet-up
Guest User2025-11-19
The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.
